I love what Jay talks about from 10:51. It is so true that you have to be true to yourself. Many of these new artists are just jumping on the “hot” train, and people can see through that. It? won’t last because it isn’t real. My favorite part of the whole interview because people often do the opposite because they are afraid of being themselves. Being true to yourself is scary but it is the only way.

You can go anywhere in the world, and somebody will know Jay Z’s name. Warren has incredible power too through his monetary prowess. At this level, its not about money to these guys…they were way past that when they began making millions. Its all about their message and legacy. Thats why Warren has vowed to give his money away to charity and J isnt doesnt act like PDiddy.

They both got started young (Jay’s first album wasn’t released until he was 26 but he talks about how he loved music when he was young but got sidetracked for a little while by his surroundings). They both work very hard and are passionate about what they do. They are both confident in themselves and don’t worry when people say they might mess up (like Warren said he is smart in “spots” and when it? comes to that “spot” he is usually always right).

Jay Z will never even see close the money buffet messes with everyday.. but both are successful in their fields and just sharing how they got where they were and what it took personally to get their. one thing all these people share? in common is their personal DRIVE for success
