US Markets Advance amid QE Speculation and Home Sales Report
U.S. Markets closed in positive territory as a weaker dollar boosted materials and hopes for further quantitative easing by the Federal Reserve. The DJIA edged up nearly 4 percent in October thus far, buoyed by hopes that the Federal Reserve will take further steps to stimulate the economy at their November 2, 2010 meeting.
