The subscriber ['customer'] of the TradingOptionsLab.comonline program and the tradingology.com online program fully accepts that the master resale rights owner, the author and owners of the website, and online Membership Area, are only 'educators' who desire only to improve an evolutionary trading methodology, and have designed the program as a valuable and effective hands-on learning experience.

[E] TradingOptions.com and tradingology.com strognly reccomends to the customer to study and familiarize themselves with the workings of TradingOptionsLab.com and the 'program' and its recommend trading platform and then apply what is learned extensively, using imaginary money ['paper money'] in a simulated account for not less than 6 months prior to trading with real money. The objective of this process is to aid an efficient, risk-free learning process, whereby the customer can produce his/her own trading diary and submit any questions which he/she may be uncertain about, before making any trading decisions using real money.

[F] The customer fully and absolutely accepts that the master resale rights owner, TradingOptionsLab.com and, the author and owners of the tradingology.com program are 'educators' and not 'investment advisors' or 'financial professionals' or have any official credentials, and therefore, the decision to start trading with real funds is his/her own, sole decision and responsibility, and any subsequent profits or losses resulting from trading with real money rests solely with each individual trader, and not with the master resale rights owner, TradingOprionsLab and the author or owners of tradingology.com. The customer also understands and acknowledges that as a general rule, past performance is not necessarily indicative of future performance.

[G] The customer is strongly recommended to paper-trade with imaginary funds, in order to gain knowledge and learn from potential mistakes. Our guarantee, as specified on the marketing pages of the TradingOptionsLab.com and the tradingology.com web sites, states that the customer must accept that he/she is serious about learning and at least tests the program for a full 6 months' learning and testing period, whereby he/she maintains simple diary of each opportunity he/she chooses to follow for the first 6 months of his/her ording of the 'program' and/or subscription. If a net profit [paper or real] was not achieved based on accurate following of the program and methods, then a refund for any unused portion of their current monthly subscription can be requested.

[H] The program is based on the developers own experience, and presents a 'trading as a business' method found to be effective by him, which the customer may find useful when embarking upon trading as a basis upon which to build his/her own trading programs and even though it has worked for the author in the past it is not guaranteed to work in the future.

[I] The terms and conditions on this page are absolute, and the customer fully accepts that he/she has read and agreed with them before becoming a customer to the program or a subscription to the TradingOptionsLab and tradingology.com Membership Area. Whichever method of purchase is utilized, whether this is by submitting an 'online' order for the program, or via any other method including fax or phone, the receipt of an order for the tradingology.com online programs and Membership confirms that the customer accepts these terms and conditions [which are openly available via direct page link from the main index page at www.tradingoptionslab.com well at www.tradingology.com/order.html to all potential subscribers, prior to placement of order] fully and without objection.
